The Jeweller
Gold jewellery master, who is commissioned by soon-to-be wedded couples as well as the monastery staff, for all things religious, ceremonial and festive. Here he is hard at work at his tiny workshop. He entertains interns, and apprentices, but one must commit to a full season of training with him.
Ladakhi Bakery
The old market section of Leh features four popular bakeries, where the staff is up around 6 am to bake and distribute traditional Ladakhi bread.
